Description
With an intriguing bright coppery pink colour, it has a fine and fairly persistent perlage, offering a bouquet that is both fresh and evolved. Small red and black fruit, with clear recognitions of strawberry blend with hints of jam, floral notes coexist with toasted and vanilla perceptions. In the mouth, it is quite structured and has a nice acidity. Very soft, it re-presents the notes of fruit and jam, to which are added aromas of ripe peach, caramel, cocoa and vanilla. Persistent in the finish, it re-proposes clear toasted hints in a pleasantly bitter finish.
