Description

Fosarin is born from the typical blend of Collio with Friulano, Malvasia and Pinot Bianco, refined for 5 months in barriques. This Collio is a medium-sized white wine with a structure that gives an anise bouquet, yellow fish and yogurt, and which in the mouth strikes for sapidity and persistence.

Our philosophy in the vineyards is simple and straightforward. We pay great attention to how the land is cultivated and how the vineyards are managed with rigorous and frequent inspections (both qualitative -- visual, as well as quantitative -- analytical).
