Description
Still rosé from Piedmont, 12.5% ABV, produced by Prunotto. 100% Nebbiolo. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé born from the mastery of Prunotto, a historic winery in the Langhe, which with this Granadiè expresses all the freshness and elegance of Nebbiolo in a rosé version. The grapes, harvested in baskets, are destemmed, crushed, and left to macerate for approximately 8 hours at room temperature. The must is then softly pressed and alcoholic fermentation begins at a temperature of 18°C. Before bottling, Granadiè rests in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for several months before being released to the market. The nose is intense, with delicate notes of rose and raspberry that anticipate a fresh and structured sip. On the palate, it offers a pleasant freshness supported by a good tannic structure, perfect for accompanying light dishes and aperitifs.
