Still red Barbaresco Muncagota Riserva, produced by Produttori del Barbaresco in Piedmont, 14.5% ABV, 100% Nebbiolo, 2020 vintage. A Barbaresco Riserva that embodies the history and passion of over fifty families who have cultivated the precious Nebbiolo vineyards for generations. The must is fermented in stainless steel at 30 degrees C for 28 days on the skins; malolactic fermentation is completed. Aged for 36 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Garnet red. Complex, intense fruity aromas, fragrant red fruit and delicate floral notes; elegant spicy and tertiary notes. Complex and rich in structure and extracts, enveloping in alcohol and of great elegance.
