Description
Classic method non-dosed champagne, produced by Pommery in the Champagne region. 2006 vintage, 0.75L bottle, 12.5% ABV. A Louise Nature Cuvée that celebrates the art of champagne, a tribute to founder Madame Pommery. The initial nose is floral and creamy, with aromas of quince paste and candied mirabelle plums, toasted notes, and brioche. A magnificent, deep golden color with an incomparable brilliance. The attack is perfectly frank, and the finish reveals a subtle bitterness with incredibly delicate notes of cedar zest.

When Mr Pommery died on 18 February 1858, his wife looked at baby Louise, who was not even a year old, and mustered up the strength to set out on an incredible journey. With this same pride, passion, and emotion, we are trying to reproduce Madame Pommery’s miracle, which we have given the sweet name of Louise. Read more
