Still organic white wine, produced by Planeta in Sicily, 100% Riesling, 2023 vintage. A wine that expresses the purity of Riesling through a still-youthful nose of white apple, plum, lemon, and yellow flowers. An explosion of aromas that anticipates a fresh, minerally palate, typical of this grape variety.

Wine making The grapes are picked into crates and immediately refrigerated at 8°C, selected by hand and sent for light destemming and crushing followed by soft pressing. The decanted must is racked and fermented at 15°C in stainless steel vats. The wine obtained remains on the lees with continuous movement until March.
