Description
Organic, pas-dosé classic method sparkling wine produced by Pievalta in the Marche region. 100% Verdicchio. 0.75L bottle. A wine born from a passion for Verdicchio and the desire to enhance its purity through sparkling winemaking. Pievalta was founded in 2002 and its history is tied to that of Barone Pizzini, who chose Castelli di Jesi, recognizing the great potential of Verdicchio as one of Italy's most important native grape varieties. Aged in bottle on the lees for 24 months. Fresh, floral, and lively with aromas of aromatic herbs, bread crust, almond husks, and helichrysum. Savory and persistent, an explosion of flavors that invites a special toast.
