Description
Champagne Grand Cru Bouzy Les Parcelles Extra Brut, extra brut classic method, produced by Pierre Paillard in the Champagne region of France. 0.75 L bottle, 12.5% ABV. A Champagne excellence, from Bouzy, a Grand Cru renowned for its Pinot Noir. The company was founded in 1946. On the nose, aromas of aromatic herbs, pastry, and yeast alternate with Mediterranean scrub and white flowers, anticipating a complex palate. A pale golden yellow in the glass, the palate is clean, fresh, and taut, with a lean, dry body and a remarkable minerality that is especially evident in the long, saline finish.
