Description
The latest wine created by Philippe Gonet, first introduced in 2009. It is an authentic cuvée without artifice. Its grapes come from Le Mesnil and in particular Montgueux: the 'Grand Cru' of the Aube. No sugar or sulphites are added at the dosage stage, revealing the subtleties of a Chardonnay in its purest form.
