Description
Organic rosé sparkling wine made using the classic method, extra brut, produced by Pascal Doquet. Premier Cru Champagne, with a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. A rosé born from a passion for biodynamic viticulture, with a production process that enhances the purity of the grapes. On the nose, aromas of red berries are accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of the long lees aging. Intense coppery color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, accompanied by notes of raspberry and spicy notes, making it a unique sensory experience.
