Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Pacher Hof. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2024 vintage. A Pinot Grigio born from the passion of the Huber family, who have been cultivating vines in Novacella, just above Bressanone, since 1142. Vineyards located in the best positions, gravelly, mineral-rich soils, and unique microclimates constitute the natural potential of Pacherhof. Altitude: 650-900 m above sea level. Floral bouquet, with notes of walnut and honey when ripe. Straw yellow in color. Pinot Grigio is a white wine with a pleasantly delicate flavor.
