Still red wine from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, 13.5% ABV, 100% Montepulciano, produced by Nestore Bosco in Nocciano (PE). 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A wine that tells the story of a family that has been producing wines that express the Abruzzo region since 1897. Aged for several months in oak barrels and briefly in the bottle in underground tunnels. Intense aromas with notes of black cherry, plum, and violet that blend into an enveloping bouquet. Intense ruby red. Slightly tannic yet balanced attack. Aromas of black cherry and plum continue in a lingering finish.
