Still white wine from Spain, produced by Muchada-Leclapart. 100% Palomino (Listan Blanc) blend. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from a passion for biodynamics and respect for the land. Fermented and vinified in a steel tank with an internal ceramic coating for 9 months. Spontaneous fermentation; no rectification of any kind. Minimal initial sulphites. Aged on the lees. No filtration or cold stabilization.
