Semi-aromatic still white wine from Veneto, 13% ABV, produced by Monte del Frà. Blend: 40% Garganega, 20% Trebbiano Toscano, 10% Cortese, 5% Friulano/Sauvignon Vert, Chardonnay, Incrocio Manzoni 2.15, Malvasia, Riesling Italico. 0.75 l bottle, 2023 vintage. A Custoza Superiore made from a historic vineyard over 40 years old, located on the Custoza hill, southeast of Lake Garda. The Monte del Frà winery, founded in 1958, is still run by the Bonomo family, who have always dedicated the utmost attention to the land. Wildflowers and Golden Delicious apples with hints of vanilla. Straw yellow with green reflections. Dry, savory, and full-bodied with a lingering finish.

Almost two centuries later, in 1958, Massimo Bonomo rented two rooms and the adjacent fields. His family opened a Frasca, a typical Venetian bulk wine shop. They made wine and grew peaches, strawberries, and wheat.
Today, after over 60 years, the Bonomo family is still managing Monte del Fra`: the second generation, with the brothers Eligio and Claudio, has been joined by the third with Marica, Silvia, and Massimo. | Origin | Cà del Magro a very old vineyard over 40 years old and about 7 hectares in size, located on the beautiful hillside of Custoza, a small hamlet of the commune of Sommacampagna situated southeast of Lake Garda. |

| Wine making | Cryomaceration, soft pressing. For the must of the Garganega grapes, about 4%-5% of the entire batch, fermentation and maturation "sur lies" in small oak barrels for a period of about 4 months. The rest is fermented in steel vats, slowly, at a controlled temperature and in contact with its own yeasts until May. This is followed by bottling, where it matures for at least 6 months before being released for sale. |
