Château Miraval is located in Correns, north of Brignoles in Provence and is housed in a castle whose origins date back to pre-Roman times. In medieval times the castle of Miraval was the seat of several monastic orders and later owned by members of the French royal family. In the 1970s, due to the beauty of the place and the surrounding nature, the Château Miraval was home to music recording studios: here, among others, Pink Floyd and Sting also worked. Since 2008 the Château has been owned by the American actor Brad Pitt, who uses the precious collaboration of Marc Perrin, one of the most famous winemakers of the Rhone Valley, to make his wines.
