Description
A still white wine from the Jura region of France, 15% ABV, produced by Michel Gahier. Savagnin blend. 0.62 L bottle, 2015 vintage. A Vin Jaune that represents the excellence of Jura's winemaking tradition, with a unique aging process that gives it complexity and longevity. Michel Gahier resides in Montigny-les-Arsures, located near the central town of Arbois. This is significant because Montigny is considered the best terroir for the Trousseau grape in Jura. Notes of citrus zest on the nose, complemented by notes of dried fruit. Golden yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is enveloping and persistent, a unique sensory experience.
