Description
Still white wine from Sicily, 13% ABV, produced by Mandrarossa (Settesoli). 100% Grillo, 2024 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Grillo that embodies the essence of Sicily, a wine born from the passion of Cantine Settesoli. Harvested in the fourth week of August. After cryomaceration of the grapes at a temperature of 5-8°C for 4-6 hours, the must ferments in steel tanks at 16-18°C for 15-20 days. Maturation takes place for 4 months in steel tanks. The nose is intense and vibrant with aromas of Sicilian fruit and citrus, such as medlar, prickly pear, grapefruit, and notes of basil. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and pleasant.
