Description
Still white wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, 13% ABV, produced by M. Chapoutier. Blend: Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Macabeo/Viura. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Michel Chapoutier, a man who has dedicated his life to discovering and reflecting the full potential of his terroirs. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are destemmed, pressed, and the must is cold-fermented. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Pale yellow with green hues. Citrus aromas with smoky notes are perceived on the nose. Fresh and very aromatic on the palate. Round with great acidity. Fresh finish with savory notes that express the wine's minerality.
