Description
Aromatic still organic white wine produced by Loacker Wine Estates in Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Gewürztraminer born from the Loacker family's biodynamic philosophy, using biodynamic and homeopathic preparations to achieve the utmost balance of the grape variety. Maceration with stems for 4 hours at 16°C. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged for 8 months in steel tanks. Rich, aromatic, and floral on the nose, with aromas of rose and lychee. On the palate, the wine is soft, enlivened by a lively freshness.

| Story | The Isarco River, which flows into the Adige River near Bolzano, is one of its most famous tributaries, and the valley through which it flows is called the 'Valle dell'Isarco'. Authors of antiquity call it 'Isarcus' or 'Isargus. Only Strabo does not call it 'Isarcus' but 'Atagis'. |
