Description
The varietal combination of Sharis reconciles the confidences and expectations of the local consumer with those of the international consumer, representing a kind of trait d'union between Friuli and the rest of the world. From a technical point of view, the combination of these varieties gives the wine balance and complexity. Ribolla Gialla, for example, which does not in itself have a strong aromatic character, is important in defining the wine's texture, bringing freshness and liveliness.
