Description
A semi-aromatic still white wine produced by Lis Neris, a renowned winery in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. 14.5% ABV, 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc that perfectly expresses the Isonzo terroir, thanks to Alvaro Pecorari's expert interpretation. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and aging on the lees for 10 months, followed by 11 months in bottle. Intense fruity aromas of citron, kiwi, and passion fruit with notes of nettle, elderflower, and a pleasant mineral undertone. A balanced, savory, and fresh wine, ideal for pairing with fish dishes.
