The wine re-ferments in the bottle, in accord with the classic method, then remains sur lie a minimum of 96 months. This ultra-lengthy time on the fine lees and its late disgorgement allow us to create a wine that is the very soul of our growing area, marrying together exceptional complexity and character with a finely-crafted elegance.

Our wines come from grapes grown in vineyards located property in the best areas of the Earth Vallagarina and Strong.
