A still red IGT from the Marche region, 14.5% ABV, produced by Le Caniette Azienda Agricola. 100% Grenache, 2019 vintage. A wine that embodies the passion and commitment of a family-run winery, renowned for its production of high-quality organic wines. The winery is committed to sustainability and environmental protection, adopting agricultural practices that respect the natural ecosystem. Maceration in wooden vats for 8 days. Aging and malolactic fermentation in mini barriques (115 liters) for 30 months. A minimum of 6 months of bottle aging. Red fruits with hints of spice. Ruby red color. Intense, persistent, mineral, and appropriately tannic.
