Description
Still white wine from Piedmont, 13% ABV, produced by La Spinetta. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 0.75L bottle, 2008 vintage. A wine that embodies the passion of the Rivetti family, who have been producing high-quality wines since 1977. Alcoholic fermentation in second-passage French oak barrels and aging for approximately 18 months in French oak barrels. Hints of lemon, tarragon, and passion fruit. Lively straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the palate, it is savory, elegant, and rich, with sweet and citrus notes. Excellent balance between structure and finesse.
