A Classic Method Rosé that celebrates the tradition and innovation of La Scolca, a benchmark in the Piedmontese winemaking scene since 1919. Intense, ethereal, yet fresh and delicate, with initial hints of orange blossom and rose hips that fade into bread crusts and notes of red fruits. Typical notes of cherry, red onion peel. Harmonious, full-bodied, and savory on the palate, with a slightly rounded texture and a lingering smoothness. Notes of strawberry, grapefruit, and jasmine.
