Description
Classic method Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne from Champagne, produced by Juillet Lallement. 12% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle. A Grand Cru made in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in Verzy, from Chardonnay grapes grown on limestone soils. The nose is rich, characterized by notes of fruit and aromas of toasted bread. A beautiful golden color with greenish hues. On the palate, minerality dominates, giving an impression of fullness and balance. The finish is lingering, with notes of lemon.

Pairings
The average age of our parcels is 40 years, and for the record our oldest parcel was planted in 1949 by one of our predecessors, Arthur Lallement.
We grow 45% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier on 9 parcels, planted on a chalky subsoil allowing the three Champagne grape varieties to flourish.
Our philosophy is to respect the cycles of nature and the elements that surround it, through a reasoned culture, respectful of the environment and of man. Read more
