Description
Still white wine from South Africa, produced by Jordan Wine Estate Stellenbosch. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A barrel-fermented Chardonnay that speaks to the passion and dedication of the Jordan family, who have been producing world-class wines since 1993. The grapes were harvested from February 7th to March 12th. The juice was fermented in selected 228-liter French oak Burgundian barrels. The wine was aged "sur lie" in barrel for 9 months, with occasional barrel rotation. Bold and graceful, with aromas of lemon biscuit and overripe oranges.
