Description

What kind of wine it is

Champagne Jean Valentin Grande Vallée Selection Brut expresses the character of the region with a harmonious aromatic profile. It presents itself with a straw yellow hue, heralding a bouquet focused on fresh white fruit notes. On the palate, it is vibrant, offering fragrant aromas enriched by hints of kirsch and fruit preserves. The use of the Traditional Method ensures a linear and refined sip. This pronounced versatility makes it an excellent aperitif, also ideal for accompanying light starters, white meats in sauce, and veal-based dishes.

Where it comes from

The elegance of this wine takes shape in the vineyards of Sacy, nestled in the prestigious Montagne de Reims. The Jean Valentin estate cultivates its land by enhancing excellent Premier Cru plots. The winery adopts strict organic and sustainable practices, with deep respect for the ecosystem. This care results in an extremely distinctive Champagne, capable of ensuring measured evolution and a solid estimated longevity of up to ten years.

How it is produced

This wine is born from a harmonious blend that combines Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grapes. After the vinification of the base wines, the cuvée acquires its fine effervescence through the bottle refermentation process typical of the Traditional Method. The ageing process imparts an essential structure combined with a pleasant depth of flavour. Served at the ideal temperature between six and eight degrees, the Champagne reveals perfect balance, maintaining its fresh character and palate tension.
