Description
Still red from Morgon, in Beaujolais, France, 13% ABV, 100% Gamay, produced by Jean Foillard. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that represents the essence of Morgon, produced using natural methods and respecting tradition. Jean Foillard took over his father's estate in 1980, following the teachings of Jules Chauvet, a traditionalist who challenged all the more commercial brands in the region. On the nose, aromas of red fruit are complemented by mineral notes. Ruby red with violet hues. On the palate, the wine is structured, elegant, and persistent.
