Colline di Firenze PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced by Gonnelli 1585 in Tuscany. 0.50 L bottle, 2025 vintage. An oil that captures the aromas of olives harvested on the hills of Florence, cold-pressed at the Santa Téa mill in accordance with the production regulations. Harvested in October and November. Production technique involves cleaning the olives, continuous processing in the absence of oxygen under nitrogen, and temperature-controlled extraction. Medium fruity with herbaceous notes. Intense green color. Well-balanced bitterness and spiciness with a finish of artichoke. Ideal on tortelli with meat sauce and pappa al pomodoro.
