Description
Organic still dry red Terre Siciliane IGT, 15.5% ABV, produced by Frank Cornelissen. 100% Nerello Mascalese, 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Frank Cornelissen, a pioneer of Etna, who chose to follow the rhythms of nature. The vineyards are located in the northern valley of the active volcano Etna, in eastern Sicily. Destemming and light pressing of the grapes. Fermentation: starting with a pied-de-cuve of only indigenous yeasts and contact with the skins for approximately 50 days. The nose expresses all the power of the Sicilian terroir.
