Description
The “fossimatto” Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore, with its unique color, will catch your eyes first and then will kidnap your mouth with currants and raspberries notes. It releases a fresh and crispy aftertaste and a pleasant feeling of licorice’s root. It is produced with the same grapes and from the same vines of our red “Cocca di casa”. Hence “fossimatto” Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Superiore is not a common rosè, it is unique of its kind, with stunning colour and powerful taste. To those who ask why we do not follow the trends of an usual light rosé without any character, we just answer: Fossi matto! (not a chance!). This is “fossimatto” of Fontefico.
