Description
Still rosé made from Chiaretto di Bardolino Classico DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Negrar - Domini Veneti. Blend: 65% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 5% Molinara. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a historic winery, founded in 1933, which has always combined tradition and innovation. Located in the heart of the Bardolino Classico area, on the moraine hills of Lazise and Pastrengo (VR). Harvest from September to early October with exclusively manual selection. Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation without skins at a controlled temperature of 14-16 degrees C. Aged in stainless steel. Aromas of tea rose, violet, and a balanced composition of small red fruits. Delicate, bright pink peach color. The delicacy continues in the balanced flavor, reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries.

The spirit is the same as that of the visionary cooperative founded in 1933 by the seven businessmen from Verona, just as the very same principles guide our work on a daily basis today and inspire every new project: initiative, reciprocity and collaboration.
Generations that work side by side: this is the strength of Cantina Valpolicella Negrar. It is the same strength that has enabled us to stride through history and become the benchmark producer when it comes to Amarone, Ripasso and the technique of Appassimento.
Energy and creativity on the one hand; on the other, the wisdom that comes from the experience of many vintages, leading to a generational renewal that takes place while we work together. Read more
