Description

The sauvignon blanc is a grape variety of Bordeaux origin, who found in the territory of Sancerre its final expression. The Domaine Vacheron processes the grapes of sauvignon wines obtaining dry and essential, but never granted. This Sancerre is aged in steel for at least six months. It is elegant and vibrant, not indifferent.

The Vacheron family, with more than forty hectares of vineyards, is one of the largest producers in the Sancerre region, managing domaine one of the few that can boast an equal penchant for the production of both red wines than white wines. Big supporters of the environmental respect and strenuous actuators biodynamic approach, the Vacheron produce refined and minerals Sauvignon, which reflect a maximum of one terroir capable of expressing with brightness and aristocratic profile. Among the red wines, however, it is surprising the Pinot Noir, which can stand the comparison with the same degree of Cote d'Or. By running vinification with painstaking care, the ultimate goal of Domaine Vacheron is aimed at expressive search for originality of each cru, characterized by many facets that only one area such as Sancerre is able to provide.
