Description
Still white wine from Burgundy, 14% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, produced by Domaine Roland Sounit. 0.75 L bottle, 2019 vintage. A Rully that embodies the elegance and minerality of the Burgundian terroir. Woody notes blend with aromas of orange blossom, citrus, and lily of the valley, creating a fine and complex bouquet. The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels with regular stirring of the lees to add depth and complexity. On the palate, it offers great continuity, supported by a remarkable acidity and minerality. A wine that lends itself well to pairings with fish and white meats.
