Description

Still red from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Bart. Pure Pinot Noir, 2022 vintage. A Marsannay that embodies the elegance and finesse of Burgundian Pinot Noir, with meticulous winemaking that enhances its characteristics. Domaine Bart is located in Marsannay, at the far end of the Côte de Nuits. The 19 hectares of property include vineyards from the Marsannay and Fixin appellations, as well as two Grand Cru parcels: Bonnes-Mares and Clos-de-Bèze. On the nose, it displays a minty and spicy note, emanating aromas of berries, fresh wild berries, and floral notes. Ruby red in color, tending toward garnet. On the palate, it is complex yet refined, with fine-grained tannins and a beautiful balance between density and acidity; it evolves over time. The finish is long and persistent.
