Description
Still rosé from Puglia, 12.5% ABV, produced by D'Addario. 100% Negroamaro, 2023 vintage. A rosé that embodies the essence of Puglia, with its freshness and fruity character. Aziende Agricole D’Addario was born from ambition, a love of the land, and the dream of bottling wines that express the authentic strength of Puglia. The grapes are macerated for 6-8 hours to extract the right amount of color and the typical aromatic notes of Negroamaro from the skins. The free-run must is fermented at 10-12 degrees C in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks for approximately 3-4 months. A delicate rosé with purple highlights. Fruity aftertaste with notes of raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, it is fresh, minerally, and balanced, with a long finish that invites repeat tasting.
