Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Coustheur-Bonnard. Blend: 41% Pinot Meunier, 37% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne made in the village of Nogent l'Abbedesse, with a history dating back to the Middle Ages. Fine perlage. Notes of citrus on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust. On the palate, the wine is long and structured, with excellent persistence.
