Description

"Considering the richness of the body of this vintage, I decided not to dosage this cuvée, making Essentiel 2012 a champagne without added sugar. This keeps it closer to nature, to its terroir, free of artifice. To allow its aromas to flourish, I leave it to rest for two years after disgorgement, after ageing in the cellar. On opening, you will find a small cork that bears witness to this long waiting period without detracting from the quality of the champagne. No need for long speeches: let's get to the point with the Essentiel 2012'. (Olivier Collard)
