Description
Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Clandestin Champagne. Chardonnay blend. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A project born from the collaboration between Bertrand Gautherot of Vouette & Sorbée and Benoit Doussot, two expert connoisseurs of Champagne terroir. A fine perlage that caresses the palate. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by mineral notes reminiscent of its terroir. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights that sparkle in the glass. On the palate, the wine is fresh and long, with a persistence that invites another sip.
