Still red wine from Pauillac, Bordeaux, 13% ABV, produced by Chateau Pedesclaux. Blend: 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 2020 vintage. A wine that embodies the excellence of Pauillac, a tribute to the Bordeaux terroir. Gravity vinification without pressing. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Long aging in tanks. Aged 12 months (30% new barrels). The nose opens with notes of pastry, almonds, and orange peel. Delicious aromas of freshly picked red fruits extend into a delicious finish on rounded, velvety tannins. An elegant and complex wine, perfect for pairing with red meats and aged cheeses.
