| Wine making | Harvesting of the grapes is followed by a maceration period of 12 4 days. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in combined steel and Horizon wood vats at a controlled temperature of 27-29°C. |
| Aging | Matured for 2 years, 90% in 350-litre French oak barriques and the remaining 10% in 90 and 60 hl large barrels. Finally, the wine ages in the bottle for a further 12 months before being marketed. |
