Description
Still red from the heart of Tuscany, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Casanova di Neri. 1.5L magnum, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the passion and dedication of the Neri family, founded in 1971 by Giovanni Neri. Manual harvest, careful selection of the grapes, and spontaneous fermentation in truncated cone-shaped oak vats for 18 days. Aged for 15 months in tonneau. The nose is intriguing and sensual, with notes of dark red fruit, particularly cherry and blueberry, anticipating a rounded and generous wine. The tannins are soft and velvety, and the persistent and balanced finish suggests a future in progress.
