Description
Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Kaltern Caldaro. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion and history of a winery that has been producing high-quality wines since 1900. The steep, sunny vineyards, between 350 and 450 meters above sea level, give this Chardonnay a distinct minerality. The pressing of whole, ripe, perfectly healthy grapes is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. Aged for 3 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The nose reveals fruity aromas of Williams pear and hints of white flowers. Straw yellow in color. A lively wine with a bold, full-bodied flavor, perfect for pairing with light, delicate dishes.
