Description
A vintage sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in our own vineyards in Montecalvo Versiggia, an area in the eastern part of the Oltrepò Pavese region very suitable for the growing of Pinot Noir. We pick the grapes in late August, harvesting them by hand and taking them quickly to our winery in small baskets. Its rosé colour is obtained naturally by maceration of the grapes. It rests at least 30 months on the lees. We chose the pas dosé style to let you fully appreciate the true, natural quality of our Pinot Noir.
