Description
Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine, produced by Buvoli - L'Opificio del Pinot Nero, from Veneto. 100% Pinot Noir. A Blanc de Noirs born from Marco Buvoli's passion for bubbles, aged sur lie for 72 months. Vinification in stainless steel and maturation in tonneaux and barriques according to the Solera Method. Elegant perlage. A refined and profound bouquet painted with aromas of yuzu, white fig, quince, resin, mint, propolis, peanuts, and salted caramel, adorned with hints of woodiness. The palate is cohesive, broad, and balanced, with a brilliant fresh-savory verve. The finish is exceptionally long and consistent.
