The aromatic balance of this cuvée comes first of all from the 50/50 blend between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but also by the passage in barrels of several wines. The array of aromas is quiet light both really intense, easy to drink, dominated by coriander, vanilla and the delicate wooded bring by a medium heating of the oak barrel.

From this winery
This is the great grand father Georges, who began this nice history in winemaking his own champagne in 1932. Followed by Emile Brocard, Henri Brocard then Pierre Brocard the father of Thibaud.

This last one, took over the lead of the family estate under the eyes well advised of his father. He leads since 2012 years a viticulture of conviction. A responsible viticulture, and more : sustainable and responsible. An approach for the future of the earth and our children. Under no label, under any charter but nevertheless with the greatest respect and greater reflection, Thibaud Brocard take decisions will make his wine, one of the purest possible.
