Description
Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Bibi Graetz, 2021 vintage. 100% Sangiovese. A wine bearing the signature of Bibi Graetz, which in just 20 years has become a benchmark in Italian and international winemaking. The grapes are grown on the Florentine hills. Vinification takes place in barriques with 6-8 manual punching downs performed daily at regular intervals. Aged in French oak barriques (10% new) for 24 months and then in bottle for 6 months. Intense ruby red. Very fruity with hints of blackcurrant and plum. Harmonious, complex, with elegant tannins.
