Description
Moscato d'Asti DOCG, 5.5% ABV, produced by Bel Colle. 100% Moscato Bianco. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Moscato d'Asti that celebrates the sweetness and freshness of Piedmont, a wine born from passion and care for the terroir. Produced in Verduno, on the Barolo hills. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates with the aid of carbonic snow, which helps keep temperatures under control and preserve the quality of the grapes. No herbicides or systemic treatments are used; soil management involves shredding and tilling, only organic fertilization in the fall, and a green manure of legumes.

Deliberately limited production, to concentrate in the few remaining bunches the great aromatic heritage that only Muscat can offer. |
| Wine making | Vinification in the absence of oxygen to preserve the aromas; fermentation takes place at a temperature of 15 degrees for 10 days. The yeasts are indigenous to the countryside, the result of a pied de cuve prepared in advance from the vineyard's harvested and crushed bunches, for a wine intimately linked to its terroir. |
