Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of the long lees aging. 0.75L bottle. A family-run winery that has been producing certified organic Champagne on the border between the Aube and Marne regions since 2013. Straw yellow in the glass, the wine is long and balanced on the palate, perfect for an aperitif or a seafood dinner.
